OptimaVerifier provides software designed to perform technical email address validation checks.

1. Service Description

OptimaVerifier is a hosted software service that performs automated validation checks on email addresses, including formatting and domain-level configuration analysis.

The Service is provided via a web-based dashboard and/or programmatic access.

OptimaVerifier does not provide email sending services, messaging infrastructure, or marketing tools.

2. Scope of Service

The Service is provided as a software product, not as managed infrastructure or consulting.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or interfere with the Service

5. Licensing & Ownership

OptimaVerifier retains all ownership of the software, systems, and intellectual property

You retain ownership of your submitted data and results

No source code or internal systems are licensed or transferred.

6. Payments & Fees

Fees are disclosed prior to purchase

Payments are processed by authorized third-party payment providers

Access to the Service begins after successful payment

Pricing may change for future purchases

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

7. Refund Policy
Before Service Activation

You may request a refund only if the Service has not yet been activated or accessed.

After Service Activation

Once access to the Service is provided, payments are non-refundable, except in cases of:

Duplicate payments

Billing errors caused by the payment processor

Refunds are issued at our discretion and processed through the original payment method.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”.

We do not guarantee:

Deliverability outcomes

Error-free operation

Continuous uptime

Complete accuracy of results

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

OptimaVerifier shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Service during the applicable billing period

Your sole remedy is discontinuation of use.

OptimaVerifier processes data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Process data solely to provide the Service

Payment information is handled exclusively by payment processors.

11. Service Availability
